Buzz calculates the impact of your brand's social media presence by measuring the reach, influence and engagement you achieve through your brand’s Twitter account, Facebook brand page and LinkedIn brand page. It measures followers and friends, and how they interact and engage with your content on these three social networks. In addition to your total Buzz score, you can review your score for each individual network, and break your score down to reveal your reach, influence and engagement. You can compare all these scores against other brands, whether or not they use Buzz. Buzz can help you track your score as it changes to see at a glance what impact your social media strategy has over time, helping you to measure the effectiveness of your campaigns. •You must have a Twitter account to set up a Buzz account •Buzz helps Facebook and LinkedIn users to measure the performance of brand pages, not of individual accounts •Facebook and LinkedIn brand pages can only be associated with one Twitter account in Buzz, so if someone else from your company has already linked a Buzz account to a Facebook or LinkedIn brand page, you will not be able to use that same page •You can search for any brand's Buzz score, not only those with Buzz accounts – scores for brands that don’t use Buzz are calculated using publicly available social networking data •The leaderboard only displays brands that have Buzz accounts
