Dynamix Catalogue Tracker is a tool aimed at the direct sales industry. Door to door salespeople drop catalogues during a sales round and pick up the catalogues after certain duration. It is helpful if they can keep a record of all the houses where they have dropped the catalogues. This helps them to knock only those houses that have received their catalogues. When picking their catalogues a number of households place orders. It is possible to store their orders in the ordering module, so that details of ordering consumers can be stored. This information can also be used for repeat orders etc. There is also a need to keep tab of the down line distributors recruited by the direct sales people. The same goes regarding keeping information of the up line distributors. This helps in keeping track of the network and motivating the sales force. This is a tab bar application is a core data application, which is mainly divided into four tabs. The Catalogue drop tab lets people add details of a catalogue round. The round can be categorised as a drop or a pick. Addresses covered during each round can also be stored. For users with iPhones, they can use the GPS button to capture postcode and city details. On updating the information, this information is automatically displayed and stored in the database. iPod users can also use this if there devices are internet enabled. When end customers place orders, their name and address details can be stored in the Orders screen. The details of the items can also be stored. Item number, description, catalogue from which the item is ordered and the quantities ordered can be stored. This helps in analysing the impact of any particular catalogue on sales, their effect on bottom lines etc. This also gives an idea about a particular end customerís buying habits and lets the sales people store details for repeat sales. It is always helpful to have the details of the down line and up line sales team members. It helps in motivating and mentoring the down line. The up line sales people can also be contacted for advice and direction etc.
