Interact is a personal productivity tool to help managers create higher levels of employee engagement and commitment, and to improve employee retention. Interact allows the user to create a management strategy for each employee based upon an understanding of the talents the employee needs to use on the job, and that is more responsive to both the employee's motivational needs and work environment preferences. With Interact you start by completing a well-researched and validated personality inventory, the OMS Questionnaire, to understand your own behavioral and management style. Creating this Interaction Style generally takes less than 10 minutes and the results offer you deep personal insights to improve your management and coaching performance. Using another brief questionnaire you can create a similar Interaction Style model for each of your employee contacts. Both the Interaction Style graph and a series of reports on an employee provide you with specific guidance on how to modify your management strategy and tactics to be most productive with that employee. Interact allows you to email reports on yourself as well as your employee contacts. A complete, in-depth tutorial on understanding and using Interaction Styles is also provided in the application.
