Description

Nihongo no Sensei (lit. Japanese teacher) is a kanji learning tool for students of the Japanese language who want to learn how to read kanji. The Kyōiku kanji are a list of roughly 1,000 characters which are organized by grade and maintained by the Japanese Ministry of Education. Nihongo no Sensei organizes these kanji by grade, and allows you to see your memory progress for each kanji, so that you will be able to study more effectively. Nihongo no Sensei offers a study mode and quiz mode; the former for studying the Kanji in a visually appealing list format, and the latter for testing your memory. At the end of each quiz, a summary screen shows you which kanji you did not answer correctly so that you know which ones to work on before attempting the quiz again. Features: * Study all 1,006 Kyōiku kanji * Progress tracking; when studying each item, you can see your memory progress * iCloud keeps your progress synced between devices * Multiple-choice quiz format * Detailed information for those who want to learn all of the readings and lesser known usages of each kanji * iPhone and iPad universal app This app uses the EDICT and KANJIDIC dictionary files. These files are the property of the Electronic Dictionary Research and Development Group, and are used in conformance with the Group's licence (http://www.edrdg.org/edrdg/licence.html).
